For the return of a guitar that has been shipped “On Approval”, we request you use the same service (air or ground) used for the original shipping. For full credit on a return it must be in exactly the same condition as when it left the shop. If you decide to return the instrument for any reason you are responsible for shipping and a 4% restocking fee. Please read our Ordering Policies for full disclosure.
There is no approval period if you purchase an instrument at the shop (because you’ve seen it, played it and asked all the right questions of our knowledgeable staff), but be assured that if you buy an instrument or other product and are dissatisfied for any reason, we offer an exchange for the full value for 7 days after purchase. We do not give refunds.
