I would think the -5 designation in the Pono MPTSH-5 would stand for a 5 string uke, which does exist, but in this case it just means real fancy. Nice curly maple back and sides, abalone trim around the sound hole and around the top, gold tuners. The curl in the maple makes for a harder wood and brighter sound. This little beauty doesn’t lack for volume that’s for sure! Hard case included.
